This Trek Verve e-bike came in with a cracked rim and constant dropped-chain issues from the original Alivio derailleur struggling with a long, heavy chain. Fitted a new rim and upgraded to a Shimano Deore 10-speed clutch derailleur - sorted an issue three other bike shops couldn't fix. Runs perfectly now.
