Every 3 months: a full check-over including tire pressure, brake check, and drivetrain check including lube, plus a full maintenance report.

Please note: we don't repair motors, batteries, or electrical systems directly, but we offer collection and transport to a certified service center for battery and motor fixes.

We also offer brake tune-ups for e-scooters, with transport available for off-site repairs. Price by negotiation.

Need to keep earning while your bike is in for repair? Ask about our loaner e-bike, a Trek Verve+ with pannier racks, so you can keep delivering (subject to availability).
